摘要
针对机井用户用电的数量和时间不确定性所导致的农业灌溉用电安全隐患大、难以统一管理的问题,分析了机井灌溉共享用电研究的现状和不足,通过面向多用户的自适应模糊控制,提升机井灌溉多用户共享用电的自适应监控效果和共用价值。在春耕、大棚灌溉、汛期排水时,根据不同用户接入的灌溉机型和自适应模糊控制算法,在机井灌溉共享用电费控表上使用不同的智能提示语音和春耕监控参数,对用户进行机井和灌溉机的使用指导,对机井供电的实时状态进行监控和故障报警。不同用户在同一个机井灌溉共享用电费控表上同时接入多台灌溉机,只需刷卡或扫描二维码,就能激活通电。在秋耕时,在机井灌溉共享用电费控表上使用不同的智能提示语音和秋耕监控参数,进行用户指导和机井供电的实时监控以及故障报警。对于其他平时情况,在机井灌溉共享用电费控表上使用常规的、非繁忙地监控参数和自适应智能提示语音,为农业灌溉用户提供个性化的随地安全共享供电服务。相对于传统农业灌溉用电乱拉电源线、私拉乱接、用电安全隐患较大和难以管理、复用的状况,这种机井灌溉多用户共享用电自适应监控的方法有效提高了灌溉用电的安全性、共用性和有序性,实现了机井灌溉用电设备的复用性价值,更好地满足农业用户的灌溉用电需求,降低了供电公司投资成本。
In order to overcome the electricity safety and management difficulty of the agriculture irrigation due to user uncertainty and time uncertainty,the current situation and shortcomings of the research on shared electricity in well irrigation were analyzed.With the multi-user oriented adaptive fuzzy control, the adaptive monitoring efficiency and sharing value of shared electricity for multiple users in well irrigation was improved.In spring ploughing,according to the types of the irrigators from different users and the adaptive fuzzy control algorithm, different guiding voices and different parameters of the irrigators were used in the shared electricity tariff controller for well irrigation. So the users were helped to utilize the wells and the irrigators, and the real-time states of the well power supply were monitored to report faults. Different users could connect multiple irrigators with the same shared electricity tariff controller for well irrigation, and only need swipe the card or scan the code to activate the power on. In autumn ploughing, different guiding voices and different monitoring parameters of the irrigators were used in the shared electricity tariff controller for well irrigation,in order to help the users and monitor the well power supply with real-time fault alerts.In other regular periods,regular monitoring parameters and adaptive intelligent voices were utilized in the shared electricity tariff controller for well irrigation,which was not busy,providing personalized and safe sharing power supply service for agricultural irrigation users.Compared with the agriculture irrigation traditional power supply problems such as disorderly pulled power lines,serve hidden dangers of power safety and difficulty in management and reusing, this adaptive monitoring method of electricity sharing for multiple users in well irrigation effectively improves the irrigation power safety and the reusing order, and realizes the reusing value of the power supply devices for well irrigation. This new method also better satisfies the irrigation power supply requirements of agriculture users and decreases the investment cost of the power supply company.
