残余电荷对绝缘电阻测试的影响

摘要 大容量设备的残余电荷对其绝缘电阻测试结果具有显著的影响,严重时会导致误判。本文通过仿真计算、理论分析、试验分析相结合的方式,阐明了残余电荷对绝缘电阻测试的影响机理。残余电荷极性与试验电源极性相同时,吸收电流值偏小,绝缘电阻值偏大;当残余电压极性与试验电源极性相反时,吸收电流值偏大,绝缘电阻值偏小。残余电荷量越多,影响越显著。本文研究有助于加深一线电力工作者对残余电荷的认识并指导绝缘电阻测试工作。 The residual charge of large capacity equipment has a significant impact on the insulation resistance test results, which lead to misjudgment. In this paper, the influence mechanism of residual charge on insulation resistance measurement is illustrated by means of simulation calculation,theoretical analysis and experimental analysis.When the polarity of the residual charge is the same as that of the test power supply,the absorbed current value is smaller and the insulation resistance value is larger.When the polarity of the residual voltage is opposite to that of the test power supply,the absorbed current value is larger and the insulation resistance value is smaller. The greater the amount of residual charge, the more significant the effect. The research in this paper is helpful to deepen the understanding of the electrical workers to the residual charge and guide the insulation resistance measurement.
