认知障碍老年人久坐行为的研究进展

Research progress of sedentary behavior in the elderly with cognitive impairment

认知障碍老年人久坐现象普遍存在,严重影响其生活质量。我国对认知障碍老年人的久坐行为研究尚处于起步阶段。文章综述了久坐行为的概念、评估工具以及认知障碍老年人久坐行为研究现状,从社会人口学、疾病及环境方面分析了影响认知障碍老年人久坐行为的相关因素。指出未来需积极研发适合我国认知障碍老年人的久坐行为评估工具、准确评估我国认知障碍老年人久坐行为发生现状、多元化分析认知障碍老年人久坐行为影响因素,为设计有效的干预方案,降低认知障碍老年人久坐行为发生率,促进其健康生活行为方式提供参考。

Sedentary behavior is common among the elderly with cognitive impairment,which seriously affects their quality of life.The research on sedentary behavior in the elderly with cognitive impairment is still in its infancy in China.This paper reviews the sedentary behav⁃ior in the elderly with cognitive impairment focusing on the concept,measurement tools,current research situation,influencing factors(inclu⁃ding sociodemographic,pathological and environmental).It will provide reference to develop measurement tool suitable for the elderly with cognitive impairment in China,evaluate the prevalence of sedentary behavior,conduct a diversified analysis of its influencing factors to design effective intervention programs,which reduce the incidence of sedentary behavior in the elderly with cognitive impairment and promote their healthy lifestyle.
