散货码头带式输送机能量回馈型变频驱动技术

摘要 散货码头下行运输皮带机长期运行中存在高能耗、控制精度不足的问题,针对重载下坡工况,应用四象限能量回馈型变频驱动技术,在确保带式输送机高效运转的同时,实现电能的循环再利用,可显著降低电力消耗,减少碳排放,为散货码头绿色低碳发展提供技术支持。 There are problems of high energy consumption and insufficient control accuracy in the long-term operation of the downward belt conveyor at the bulk cargo terminal.Aiming at the heavy-duty downhill working condition,the four quadrant energy feedback type variable frequency drive technology is applied to ensure the efficient operation of the belt conveyor while achieving the recycling and reuse of electrical energy,significantly reducing power consumption and carbon emissions,providing technical support for the green and low-carbon development of the bulk cargo terminal.
