分扇区湍流载荷计算与应用

摘要 风电机组的疲劳载荷对其使用寿命和结构安全有着重要的影响,目前在风机载荷仿真中,通常将不同风向扇区的湍流强度进行等效,采用等效湍流强度进行计算,仅考虑某一风向,该方法无法反映机组真实受力状态。实际风速分布和湍流分布在不同风向扇区内存在差异,机组在每个扇区受到的载荷也不同。文章针对某山地项目,充分考虑不同风向扇区的风资源特点,对风机塔架载荷进行精细化仿真。结果表明,分扇区湍流方法可大幅降低塔架疲劳载荷,对塔架的精细化设计具有重要意义。 The fatigue load of wind turbine has an important impact on its service life and structural safety.At present,in the simulation of fan load,the turbulence intensity of different wind direction sectors is usually equivalent,and the equivalent turbulence intensity is calculated.Only considering a certain wind direction,this method cannot reflect the real force state of the unit.The actual wind speed distribution and turbulence distribution are different in different wind direction sectors,and the unit receives different loads in each sector.According to a mountain project,the characteristics of wind resources in different wind direction sectors are fully considered,and the load of the fan tower is carefully simulated.The results show that the sector turbulence method can greatly reduce the fatigue load and is important to the fine design of the tower.
