摘要
空气绝缘开关柜作为电气设备中的重要组成部分,其安全稳定运行直接影响到整个电力系统。以12 kV/5000 A大电流空气绝缘开关柜作为研究对象,依据GB、IEC等相关标准,对绝缘件的选型、工艺以及内部结构进行了优化设计;基于电场分析三维模型,分析了开关柜的关键部位零部件对于电场分布的影响。开发设计的12 kV/5000 A大电流空气绝缘开关柜一次性顺利通过了型式试验验证,可满足用户大容量配电需求。
As an important part of electrical equipment,the safe and stable operation of air insulated switchgear directly affects the whole power system.This paper takes 12 kV/5000 A high current air insulated switchgear as the research object,then the selection,process and internal structure of insulation parts are optimized,which according to the GB,IEC and other relevant standards.Based on the three-dimensional model of electric field analysis,this paper analyzes the effection that key parts and components have an impact on electric field distribution.The result shows that,the developed 12 kV/5000 A high current air insulated switchgear successfully passes the type test verification,which meets customers’demand for large-capacity power distribution.
