摘要
针对低温甲醇洗装置粗煤气中含有煤粉、煤焦油等物质,在甲醇水分离塔塔盘、再沸器表面附着,造成甲醇水分离塔分离效果下降的问题,分析了产生的原因,采取了三种切实可行的在线清洗措施,避免了低温甲醇洗及后系统降负荷,实现装置连续运行639d,为同行业、同类装置长周期运行,提供参考与借鉴。
To solve the decreasing effect of methanol water separation column due to coal powder,coal tar and other substances from the crude gas of Rectisol plant adhering on the surfaces of column plate and reboiler,it analyzes the causes and proposes three practical online cleaning measures to avoid load shedding in the Rectisol and following systems.As a result,the plant can continuously operate for 639 days,providing a reference for long-cycle operation of similar plants in the industry.
