摘要
旨在开发一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)用于同时测定环境水中的多种有机污染物,以应对日益严峻的水体污染问题。针对非挥发性和热不稳定的有机污染物,优化了色谱条件,实现了苯酚、氯酚等污染物的准确测定,检出限低至2.5 ng/L。通过与气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)的比较,HPLC显示出在操作简便性和成本效益方面的优势。结果表明,HPLC是一种有效的环境水样分析工具,适合于资源有限情况下的有机污染物监测,为水质评估和污染防治提供了科学依据。
This study aims to develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous measurement of multiple organic pollutants in environmental water against the backdrop of increasingly severe water pollution.For non-volatile and thermally unstable organic pollutants,the chromatographic conditions are optimized to achieve accurate measurement of phenol,chlorophenol and some other pollutants,the detection limit of which is as low as 2.5 ng/L.Compared with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS),HPLC shows advantages in operation simplicity and cost effectiveness.The results show that HPLC is an effective tool for environmental water sample analysis,which is suitable for monitoring organic pollutants in the case of limited resources,and provides a scientific basis for water quality assessment and pollution prevention.
