The reaction principle and process flow of PBT and PBAT are very similar.PBT/PBAT flexible production by certain technical means can enrich the existing product categories and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the process route of a PBT production unit with a production capacity of 100 kt/a,analyzes the feasibility of flexible switching from the reaction principle and process,and realizes the flexible switching between 100,000 t/a PBT and 80,000 t/a PBAT production lines in the actual production process.
