摘要
随着无人机机载智能技术的发展和应用场景的拓展,无人机应用技术专业建设与教学应用的开发迎来了新挑战。本文立足湖南“三高四新”战略背景、无人机人才培养问题现状及产业链岗位需求和职业能力要求,按照“岗位导向、能力本位”的理念构建“两链聚焦、四项提升、多维发展”的人才培养模式,多维度进行教学内容改革,紧密结合低空经济及北斗综合时空体系建设等行业领域的专业前沿,设计开发一套开放式的无人机飞行控制及仿真的软硬件实践体系平台,强化课程实践,供学生在组装与操控的基础上,系统把握飞控仿真与调试、机载传感器测量模型及算法开发、典型行业应用操作及后处理,从而提升无人机应用技术专业的人才培养质量。
With the development of UAV intelligent technology and the expansion of application scenarios,the construction of the major of UAV application technology and the development of teaching applications have ushered in challenges.Based on the strategic background of Hunan’s“Three Highs and Four News”,the current situation of UAV talent cultivation and the job needs and professional capabilities of industrial chain,a talent cultivation model of“two-chain focus,four-item improvement,and multi-dimensional development”in accordance with the concept of“job-oriented,ability-based”was constructed,teaching content was reformed in multiple dimensions,the professional frontiers of the Low-altitude Economy and the BDT integrated spatio-temporal system construction was considered together to develope a set of open-ended software and hardware practice system platform for UAV flight control and simulation,which strengthens course practice,and provides students with a systematic grasp of flight control simulation and debugging,airborne sensor measurement model and algorithm development,typical industry application operation and post-processing on the basis of assembly and control,with a view to upgrading the quality of talent training in major of UAV application technology.
