区块链+隐私计算:司法数据共享的新技术路径

摘要 在大数据时代,司法数据已成为重要的生产要素,对促进社会公平正义、保障人民权益发挥着重要作用。但由于数据自身属性及与其他信息的结合方式,司法数据在共享过程中面临着诸多安全问题,包括数据泄漏、数据篡改以及隐私保护等。区块链与隐私计算技术具有天然的互补性,将二者结合可以在不泄露原始数据的前提下,实现司法数据安全高效共享。鉴于此,本文将从区块链、隐私计算技术入手,通过技术融合提升司法数据共享的安全性和有效性,以满足数字经济时代司法数据安全共享的新需求。 In the era of big data,judicial data has become an important factor of production,which plays an important role in promoting social fairness and justice and protecting people’s rights and interests.However,due to the nature of data itself and the combination of data with other information,judicial data faces many security problems in the process of sharing,including data leakage,data tampering and privacy protection.Blockchain and privacy computing technology have natural complementarity.The combination of the two can realize the safe and efficient sharing of judicial data on the premise of without leaking the original data.In view of this,this paper will start from blockchain and privacy computing technology,and improve the security and effectiveness of judicial data sharing through technology integration,so as to meet the new needs of judicial data security sharing in the era of digital economy.
