国产电子元器件质量与可靠性技术研究

摘要 在现代化背景下,电子产品生产、应用模式逐渐多样化,实际应用的可靠性以及使用寿命作为其产品质量的主要评价标准。电子元器件作为产品中的关键部分,受材料差异、生产工艺、制造设备等方面的影响,各制造商之间的实际制造水平具有客观差异。对此,本文针对国产电子元器件质量与可靠性技术展开研究,从多方面入手,结合电子产品实际需求,优化整体设计结构,确保其符合质量标准的同时,提升整体产品质量。在不断加大检测力度的同时,降低产品故障概率。 In the context of modernization,the production and application modes of electronic products are gradually diversified,and the actual application reliability and service life as the main evaluation criteria for product quality.As a key part of products,electronic components are affected by material differences,production process,manufacturing equipment and other aspects,there are objective differences in the actual manufacturing levels among manufacturers.In this regard,this paper analyzes the quality and reliability technology of domestic electronic components,starting from many aspects,combined with the actual needs of electronic products,optimize the overall design structure,to ensure its composite quality standards and at the same time,improve the overall product quality.At the same time of constantly increasing the detection intensity,reduce the probability of product failure.
