区级综合热线系统建设思考

摘要 为进一步有效利用政务资源、提高服务效率、加强监督考核、提升群众和企业满意度,打造便民利企创新试点,区级综合热线系统可依托市级12345热线系统,按照“全省统管、市区协同、自主管理、相互配合”的原则,创建集受理、派单、办理、答复、督办、办结、回访、评价于一体的服务体系,并创新特色功能场景的区级综合热线平台。 In order to make further effective use of government resources,improve service efficiency,strengthen supervision and assessment,enhance the satisfaction of the masses and enterprises,and create pilot programs for innovation that benefit the people and enterprises,the district-level integrated hotline system can rely on the city-level 12345 hotline system and follow the principle of“Provincial-wide management,Urban Coordination,independent management and mutual cooperation”,create a district-level integrated hotline platform that integrates Receiving,sending,handling,replying,supervising,concluding,returning and evaluating,and innovates characteristic function scenarios.
