水电企业智慧化转型的影响因素与路径研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Paths of Intelligent Transformation of Hydropower Enterprises

本文对水电企业智慧化转型的背景、迫切性、影响因素以及转型路径进行深入探讨。随着科技的飞速发展和全球化能源市场竞争的加剧,水电企业急需通过智慧化转型,以提升综合实力和市场适应性。本研究发现,水电企业智慧化转型受到内部驱动因素(如技术创新能力、组织结构和管理水平)和外部环境因素(如政策法规、市场需求和环境变化)的双重影响。而在转型路径方面,详细描述了从数字化基础建设、系统功能多维拓展、智慧化运维协同、安全生产环境构建,到管理信息系统整合优化,帮助水电企业在技术、管理及战略层面更好地发展。

This paper deeply discusses the background,urgency,influencing factors and the transformation path of the intelligent transformation of hydropower enterprises.With the rapid development of science and technology and the intensification of competition in the global energy market,hydropower enterprises are in urgent need of intelligent transformation to improve their comprehensive strength and market adaptability.This study finds that the intelligent transformation of hydropower enterprises is influenced by both internal driving factors(such as technological innovation ability,organizational structure and management level)and external environmental factors(such as policies and regulations,market demand and environmental changes).As for the transformation path,it describes in detail from digital infrastructure construction,multi-dimensional expansion of system functions,intelligent operation and maintenance synergy,construction of safe production environment,to the integration and optimisation of management information system,which helps hydropower enterprises to develop better at the technical,management and strategic levels.
