摘要
为解决大数据时代信息通信网络面临的安全挑战,本文从数据安全、风险监测、安全架构和安全运维四个方面,对信息通信网络安全管理策略进行了系统研究。文章提出了数据加密与访问控制、隐私合规与数据去识别化、安全威胁情报、异常行为检测、安全域划分与隔离、防火墙与入侵检测系统、安全审计与日志分析、事件响应与修复等一系列具体措施,以期为信息通信网络运营商和管理者提供参考和指导。
In order to solve the security challenges faced by information and communication networks in the era of big data,this paper systematically studies the security management strategy of information and communication networks from four aspects:data security,risk monitoring,security architecture and security operation and maintenance.A series of concrete measures,such as data encryption and access control,privacy compliance and data de-identification,security threat intelligence,abnormal behavior detection,security domain division and isolation,firewall and intrusion detection system,security audit and log analysis,incident response and repair,are proposed in order to provide reference and guidance for operators and managers of information communication networks.
