基于数字孪生的流程型制造车间管控系统设计研究

摘要 随着数字化技术的迅猛发展,制造业正经历着前所未有的变革,数字孪生作为一种虚拟仿真技术,将现实世界的物理对象数字化成虚拟实体,并通过实时数据反馈,实现对实体的模拟、预测和优化。在制造领域,数字孪生为企业提供了实时监控、预测分析和智能决策的能力,成为提升生产效率和产品质量的强大工具。基于此,本文简单讨论基于数字孪生的流程型制造车间管控系统设计的意义和难点,深入探讨设计要点,以供参考。 With the rapid development of digital technology,the manufacturing industry is undergoing unprecedented changes.Digital twins,as a virtual simulation technology,digitize physical objects in the real world into virtual entities and achieve simulation,prediction,and optimization of entities through real-time data feedback.In the manufacturing field,digital twins provide enterprises with the ability to monitor,predict,analyze,and make intelligent decisions in real-time,becoming a powerful tool to improve production efficiency and product quality.Based on this,the article briefly discusses the significance and difficulties of designing a process oriented manufacturing workshop control system based on digital twins,and deeply explores the design points for reference.
