With the rapid development and popularization of big data,computing power networks,and 5G network technology,users have put forward higher requirements for voice services.They hope to add more functions on top of basic voice services to bring more interesting,vivid,and diverse call experiences.This article analyzes two scenarios,intelligent video call and interactive video call,and proposes exploratory suggestions for 5G new call solutions and applications by analyzing the principles,architecture,business processes,and operation and maintenance management of new calls.
