摘要
基于基站中高点位资源优势,挂载气象传感和监控设备,设立气象数据采集点和视频监控点等感知节点,并融合气象局大网数据,实时获取风速、风向、雨量等精细化的气象数据,向轨交运营等用户企业输出提供天气预报、极端天气预警等信息,健全预警发布与应急响应的联动机制,提升汛期抗风抗台风险能力,形成上海地铁维保﹑江湖防汛等工作的“气象数字结界”,为城市智能化管理做出了贡献。通过全市现基站,开展城市碳排放监测,同时利用现有基站,完成城市级碳监测排放网搭建,基本实现城市级温室气体监测全覆盖,校准温室气体排放清单数据。
Based on the advantages of medium and high-point resources of base stations,meteorological sensors and monitoring equipment are mounted,and sensing nodes such as meteorological data collection points and video monitoring points are set up.In addition,the data of the large network of the Meteorological Bureau is integrated to obtain refined meteorological data such as wind speed,wind direction,and rainfall in real time,and to output weather forecasts,extreme weather warnings and other information to user companies such as rail transit operations,improve the linkage mechanism between warning release and emergency response,enhance the ability to resist wind and typhoon risks during the flood season,and form a&meteorological digital barrier;for Shanghai Metro maintenance,river and lake flood prevention and other work,which has contributed to the intelligent management of the city.Through the existing base stations in the city,urban carbon emission monitoring is carried out,and at the same time,the existing base stations are used to complete the construction of the urban-level carbon monitoring emission network,basically achieving full coverage of urban-level greenhouse gas monitoring,and calibrating greenhouse gas emission inventory data.
