摘要
高校教师的专业能力是衡量高校发展核心竞争力的重要标志,影响着高校的软实力建设质量。为了解国内高校教师专业能力的研究现状、热点及前沿变化趋势,利用CiteSpace软件从发文量,发文作者与机构,关键词共现、聚类及突现等方面对中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库中2015-2024年国内教师专业能力发展研究相关文献进行可视化分析。结果表明,该领域发文量整体较稳定,同时,已初步形成相关研究作者及机构合作网络。研究热点与前沿主要集中于专业能力、专业发展、提升策略及人才培养等方面,但同时也发现了一些研究不足,旨在为今后相关领域的研究提供有效数据参考。
The professional ability of university teachers is an important indicator of the core competitiveness of university development,which affects the quality of soft power construction in universities.To understand the research status,hotspots,and cutting-edge trends in the professional competence of domestic university teachers,CiteSpace visualizes and analyzes relevant literature on the development of professional competence of domestic teachers from 2015 to 2024 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)journal database,including publication volume,authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and emergence.The results indicate that the overall number of publications in this field is relatively stable,and a preliminary network of collaboration among relevant research authors and institutions has been formed.The research hotspots and frontiers mainly focus on professional abilities,professional development,improvement strategies,and talent cultivation,but at the same time,some research shortcomings have been found,which aims to provide effective data reference for future research in related fields.
