火龙罐疗法对脑卒中后失眠疲劳状态及中医证候积分的影响

Effect of Firery Dragon Cupping Therapy on Fatigue State and TCM Syndrome Score of Patients with Insomnia after Stroke

目的:观察火龙罐疗法对脑卒中后失眠脾肾亏虚证患者的疲劳、心理状态的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月北京中医药大学深圳医院脑病科收治的住院患者63例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=31)。对照组给予常规治疗护理,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上予火龙罐疗法,30 min/次,2次/周,连续治疗10次。观察比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、多维度疲乏量表-简表(MFI-20)评分及治疗前后中医证候积分的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组改善失眠的总有效率为87.10%,对照组改善失眠的总有效率为78.13%,2组改善程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组MFI评分、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组MFI评分、中医证候积分与治疗前比较显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组MFI评分、中医证候积分明显低于对照组。结论:火龙罐疗法可有效改善脑卒中后失眠脾肾亏虚证患者的睡眠质量,减轻中医证候,缓解疲劳状态,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the effect of fire dragon cupping therapy on fatigue and mental state of insomnia patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome after stroke.Methods:A total of 63 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy,Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=31).The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given fire dragon cupping therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,30 minutes twice a week for 10 consecutive times.The clinical efficacy,the score of Multi-dimensional fatigue scale(MFI-20)and the improvement of TCM syndrome scores before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total effective rate of insomnia in the observation group was 87.10%,the same time the control group was 78.13%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in MFI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups.After intervention,the MFI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before intervention,and the MFI score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:Fiery dragon cupping therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality,relieve TCM symptoms and relieve fatigue in patients with insomnia and deficiency of spleen and kidney after stroke.
