摘要
江苏特色学徒制是中国特色学徒制的区域性探索,是基于江苏区域发展特点的校企联合人才培养模式。本文以常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校汽车专业为例,面对校企合作过程中企业没有积极性、人才培养评价体系不健全、育人文化中企业元素不全面等问题,学校、主机厂、经销商组成利益共同体,通过10年时间构建并实践了“三融四共”深度合作模式,培养符合常州地区汽车维修行业发展的高素质技术技能人才。
The apprenticeship system with Jiangsu characteristics is a regional exploration of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,and it is a school-enterprise joint talent training model based on the regional development characteristics of Jiangsu.In the face of problems such as the lack of enthusiasm of enterprises,the imperfect evaluation system of talent training,and the incomplete enterprise elements in the education culture,the school,the main engine factory and the dealer formed a community of interests,and built and practiced the in-depth cooperation model of"three integrations and four commons"in 10 years,so as to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents in line with the development of the automobile maintenance industry in Changzhou.
