数字化智能化转型背景下新能源汽车维修专业工学一体化教学模式实践研究

摘要 随着我国汽车工业战略的调整与改革,新能源汽车产业的发展迅速崛起,并且占据的市场比例不断增加。在此背景下,新能源汽车维修专业人才的需求量与需求标准也在迅速提升,中等职业学校必须顺应数字化智能化转型的社会大背景,推动新能源汽车维修专业向工学一体化教学模式发展。本文即通过分析新能源汽车维修专业人才市场需求现状、人才培养方向以及工学一体化改革意义,总结新能源汽车维修专业教学存在的问题,提出数字化智能化转型背景下新能源汽车维修专业工学一体化教学模式构建路径。 With the adjustment and reform of China's automobile industry strategy,the development of new energy automobile industry has risen rapidly,and the proportion of the market is increasing.In this context,the demand and demand standards for new energy vehicle maintenance professionals are also rapidly increasing,and secondary vocational schools must conform to the social background of digital and intelligent transformation and promote the development of new energy vehicle maintenance majors to the integrated teaching mode of engineering and learning.This paper analyzes the current situation of the market demand for new energy vehicle maintenance professionals,the direction of talent training and the significance of the reform of the integration of engineering and learning,summarizes the existing problems in the teaching of new energy vehicle maintenance,and proposes the construction path of the integrated teaching mode of new energy vehicle maintenance under the background of digital and intelligent transformation.
