摘要
构建职业教育高质量发展背景下对学生实践技能提出了更高的要求,但是高职专业人才培养中存在课证分离、学生职业技能层次低等问题,不仅影响了学生竞争力,也难以满足社会发展对人才的需求。课程融合是将理论和实践结合的一种育人理念,将课证融通应用到《驱动电动机及其控制技术》专业课程中不仅可以减轻学生的经济压力,还可以进一步提升学生的实践技能,增强学生在社会中的竞争力,因此应该确定“课证融合”专业课程教学模式设计的原则,对“课证融合”教学设计的基本要素展开分析,对教学内容进行建构,优化设计评价方式,构建适应产业发展需求课证融合育人模式。
