数控加工理实一体化课堂实践探索与改革

摘要 由于数控加工设备成本过高、双师型教师参差不齐,一些高职院校数控加工理实一体化课程一直受实验条件限制。基于教学实践经验和中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划要求,以教师下企业锻炼和师生技能大赛为驱动,本文以对机械类专业两年的实际教学改革,提出了一种可以充分锻炼学生的数控加工理实一体化教学模式。 Due to the high cost of CNC machining equipment and the difference of double-qualified teachers,the integrated curriculum of CNC machining in some higher vocational colleges has been restricted by experimental conditions.Based on the teaching practice experience and the requirements of the construction plan of high-level higher vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics,driven by the enterprise training under teachers and the teacher and student skills competition,this paper proposes an integrated teaching mode of CNC machining that can fully train students based on the actual teaching reform of mechanical majors for two years.
