随着全球能源结构转型和环境保护需求的迫切性日益凸显,新能源汽车作为绿色出行的主力军,其发展势头迅猛,而其中的动力电池系统作为新能源汽车的心脏,其安全性能直接关乎车辆的运行安全与乘客生命财产安全。然而,动力电池在运行过程中,尤其是过度充电、过热失控等极端条件下,存在热失控风险,可能引发安全事故,这不仅限制了电池性能的充分利用,还对公共安全构成威胁。因此,深入探讨新能源汽车动力电池热失控机理及其安全风险管控方法,不仅是技术挑战,更是社会责任和科研前沿的紧迫课题。
With the urgency of global energy structure transformation and environmental protection becoming increasingly prominent,new energy vehicles,as the main force of green travel,have a rapid development momentum,and the power battery system as the heart of new energy vehicles,its safety performance is directly related to the operation safety of vehicles and the safety of passengers'lives and property.However,in the process of operation,especially under extreme conditions such as overcharging and overheating,there is a risk of thermal runaway,which may cause safety accidents,which not only limits the full use of battery performance,but also poses a threat to public safety.Therefore,in-depth discussion of the thermal runaway mechanism of power batteries for new energy vehicles and its safety risk management and control methods is not only a technical challenge,but also an urgent topic at the forefront of social responsibility and scientific research.
