基于车联网数据的新能源车保险风险评估

摘要 在过去的十年中,新能源汽车的普及率呈现出显著的增长趋势,表现为市场份额的增加和多样化的技术进步。新能源汽车,如电动汽车、混合动力汽车和氢燃料电池汽车,已经逐渐成为现代交通的重要组成部分。但与此同时,其独特的技术特性、使用模式和维护需求也为保险行业带来了新的挑战。新能源车在动力系统、车身构造等方面与传统燃油车存在很大区别,导致新能源汽车在出险率、案均赔款等方面远远高于燃油车。保险公司传统上主要依赖历史事故数据、车辆类型和驾驶员记录来评估风险和确定保费,传统车险定价模式将难以精准识别新能源车的风险。 In the past decade,the penetration rate of new energy vehicles has shown a significant growth trend,which is reflected in the increase in market share and diversified technological progress.New energy vehicles,such as electric vehicles,hybrid vehicles,and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles,have gradually become an important part of modern transportation.At the same time,however,its unique technical characteristics,usage patterns,and maintenance requirements also present new challenges to the insurance industry.New energy vehicles are very different from traditional fuel vehicles in terms of power system and body structure,resulting in new energy vehicles being much higher than fuel vehicles in terms of accident rate and average compensation per case.Insurers have traditionally relied primarily on historical accident data,vehicle types,and driver records to assess risks and determine premiums,and traditional auto insurance pricing models will be difficult to accurately identify the risks of NEVs.
