摘要
选用红3BSN、黄3RS、蓝C-2GLN 3只活性染料染色,探究浴比对单只活性染料上染率及固色率的影响;绘制上染率曲线、固色率曲线,测定S、E、R、F值评价染料配伍性,探究3只染料是否满足拼色条件。再探究浴比对拼色染料各组分上染率及固色率的影响。结果表明,活性染料的上染率及固色率随着浴比的增加而降低;3只染料配伍性良好,满足拼色条件;在拼色体系中,随着浴比增加,拼混染料各组分的上染率及固色率呈现不同程度的减小,其中红3BSN对黄3RS和蓝C-2GLN在纤维上的吸附起抑制作用。
Three reactive dyes,Reactive Red 3BSN,Reactive Yellow 3RS and Reactive Blue C-2GLN,are chosen for dyeing to investigate the effect of bath ratio on the dyeing rate and color fixation rate of single reactive dyes.The dye uptake and color fixation rate curve are plotted,and the S,E,R,F value is calculated to assess dye compatibility in order to determine whether the three dyes meet blending conditions.Additionally,the effect of bath ratio on the dyeing rate and the solidification rate of each component of the dye mixture is investigated.The test results showed that the dye uptake rate and color fixation rate of reactive dyes decreased with the increase of bath ratio.The three dyes had good compatibility and met blending conditions.In a mixed-dye system,the dye uptake rate and color fixation rate of each component of the dye mixture decreased to different degrees with the increase of bath ratio,among which,the adsorption of Reactive Yellow 3RS and Reactive Blue C-2GLN was inhibited by the Reactive Red 3BSN.
