干燥综合征是一种以侵犯泪腺和唾液腺等外分泌腺为主且具有高度淋巴细胞浸润为特征的慢性自身免疫疾病。以口、眼干燥为其常见的症状,多数情况下常伴有内脏损害并出现多种临床表现。文章主要从中医学理论基础、病因特点及麦门冬汤的运用等方面加以论述,探讨麦门冬汤化裁治疗肺胃阴虚型干燥综合征的临证运用,以期为临床治疗相关病证提供思路。

Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by invasion of exocrine glands such as lacrimal and salivary glands and high lymphocyte infiltration.It's mostly appeared as dryness of mouth and eye clinically,but in most cases of ten accompanied by internal damage and in a variety of clinical manifestations.This article mainly discusses thebasic theorie of TCM,the cause of SS characteristics are discussed as well asthe application of Maimendong decoction.To discusses Maimendong Decoction on Treating Sjogren's syndrome,so as to provide some ideas for clinical treatment of SS.
