Discussion on the Thought of Food Therapy and Medicinal Diet in Zhang Xichun's Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu

近代中西医汇通大家张锡纯,擅用衷中参西理论指导医疗实践,其所著《医学衷中参西录》不仅是张氏全面继承食、养、医相结合的食疗药膳传统,还充分体现了其运用食疗药膳防治疾病、养生保健的思想特色。张氏以脾胃为本,善用药粥,并常籍此补虚损、疗急症、起沉疴,其食疗药膳思想可谓衷中参西,独成一家,颇具特色。现谨将张锡纯食疗药膳思想特色作简要梳理与系统总结,以期为现代临床诊疗与养生保健提供思路借鉴。

ZHANG Xichun,a master of modern traditional Chinese and Western medicine,made good use of Zhongzhong Canxi theory to guide medical practice.His book Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu not only fully inherited the tradition of food,health care and medicine,but also fully embodied his ideological characteristics of using dietary therapeutic diet to prevent diseases,keep healthy and health care.Zhang's spleen and stomach as the basis,good drug porridge,and often based on this to compensate deficiency damage,treatment of acute illness,chronic disease,its food and diet thoughts can be said to be concentrated in Shenxi,a unique,quite distinctive.Zhang Xichun's thought characteristics of diet and medicated diet are summarized in order to provide reference for modern clinical diagnosis and treatment and health care.
