基于捏脊法“深取痛引之”探讨体表刺激量与皮部激活

Exploring the Theory of Body Surface Stimulation and Skin Theory Based on the Chiropractic of Pain and Stretching Sensation Induced

捏脊作为传统中医儿科推拿手法之一,在临床小儿推拿中广泛应用且疗效显著。捏脊法以经络穴位为基础,通过外部刺激使相关部位获得经气感应,实现防治疾病的目的。文章欲从“深取痛引之”的角度探讨捏脊操作蕴含的体表刺激量和激活皮部理论的意义,旨在为今后捏脊规范化操作、教学、临床运用起到积极作用。

ChiropracticManipulation,as one of the traditional Chinese pediatric massage techniques,is widely applied and has significant therapeutic effects in clinical pediatric massage.Based on meridian acupoints,the technique of spinal kneading stimulates specific areas externally to induce a response in the corresponding meridians and achieve the goal of preventing and treating diseases.This article aims to explore the significance of the amount of superficial stimulation and the activation of the theory of the cutaneous area from the perspective ofpain and stretching sensation.The goal is to contribute positively to the standardization of spinal kneading techniques,education,and clinical application in the future.
