基于数据挖掘探讨云南姚氏妇科论治月经后期用药规律

Exploring the Medication Patterns of YAOs'Gynecological Treatment for Late Menstrual Period in Yunnan Based on Data Mining

目的:记录和整理2022年云南姚氏医学流派妇科主要传承人论治月经后期的医案,探究姚氏妇科治疗月经后期的用药规律。方法:运用中医药传承平台V2.5进行频数和关联规则分析。结果:纳入并筛选出医案172例,治疗月经后期共156方,中药频次统计为148种,高频中药50种,以甘草、当归、白芍、白术等为主,归经以肝肾脾三经最多,得出药对关联规则和聚类分析药组为甘草-当归-白芍等。结论:姚氏妇科论治月经后期疾病注重肝肾脾关系,强调气血的重要性,善用经方,用药特色鲜明,值得进一步探讨。

Objective To record and sort out the medical records of the main gynecology inheritors of YAOs'School of Medicine in Yunnan on the treatment of late menstruation in 2022,and to explore the law of drug use of YAOs'gynecology in the treatment of late menstruation.Methods Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance platform V2.5 was used to analyze the frequency and association rules.Results 172 cases of medical cases were included and screened out,a total of 156 prescriptions were used for the treatment of late menstrual period,148 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were counted as frequency statistics,50 kinds of high-frequency Chinese medicines were counted as frequency statistics,mainly glycyrrhiza,angelica sinensis,white Peony root and white Rhizome,etc.,and the three viscera of liver,kidney and spleen were the most used for the normalization of menstrual channels,and the drug groups were glycyrrhiza-angelica angelica-white peony root,etc.Conclusion YAOs'department of gynecology pays attention to the relationship between liver,kidney and spleen,stresses the importance of Qi and blood,makes good use of prescription,and has distinctive characteristics of medication,which is worthy of further discussion.
