林定坤“从颈论肩”治疗肩周炎学术经验探析

Analysis of Lin Dingkun's Academic Experience in Treating Shoulder Periarthritis by“Discussing Shoulders from the Neck”

林定坤教授在肩周炎的诊治上,遵循慢性筋骨病的“三因辨证”和“三方治则”,创立“从颈论肩”的诊治方法,强调从整体进行辨证分析,由筋骨、气血、兼邪三方面入手,采取“平衡筋骨、调和气血、并除兼邪”的治疗原则,运用手法、导引、药物、针灸等方法辨证施治,取得了较好的疗效。

In the diagnosis and treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,Professor Lin Dingkun followed the“three causes of syndrome differentiation”and“three directions for treatment”of chronic musculoskeletal disease,established the diagnosis and treatment method of“discussing shoulder from the neck”,emphasized the syndrome differentiation analysis from the whole,started with the three aspects of muscles and bones,qi and blood,and concurrent evils,adopted the treatment principle of“balancing muscles and bones,harmonizing qi and blood,and eliminating concurrent evils”,and used techniques,guidance,drugs,acupuncture and moxibustion and other methods to treat syndrome differentiation,and achieved good results.
