摘要
肿瘤微环境是一个由免疫细胞、炎症细胞、肿瘤相关成纤维细胞、多种细胞因子、趋化因子、微血管等共同组成的复杂综合系统。作为肿瘤细胞生存的环境,与肿瘤发生、转移和复发息息相关。利用肿瘤微环境和正常组织之间的不同来构建智能型纳米制剂已成为当前研究热点。本文综述了近年来常见的调控或响应肿瘤微环境的智能纳米递药系统,以期为合理设计智能纳米递药系统提供新的思路和方法。
Tumor microenvironment is a complicated integrated system composed of immune cells, inflammatory cells, tumor-associated fibroblasts, various cytokines, chemokines, and microvessels, etc. As the survival environment of tumor cells, it is closely related to tumor occurrence, metastasis and recurrence. It has become a current research topic to construct intelligent nano preparations using the differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissues. This review summarizes the common intelligent nanodelivery systems that regulate or respond to tumor microenvironment in order to provide new ideas and methods for the rational design of intelligent nanodelivery systems.
