摘要
依托济南C-3-1地块项目,根据装配式钢结构住宅建筑的结构特点,研究合理深化设计简支结构钢筋桁架楼承板的技术要点,运用有限元分析软件对简支型钢筋桁架楼承板安装和混凝土浇筑施工进行验算分析,通过设置装配式加固系统和调整桁架钢筋设计、安装结构,最大限度地发挥钢筋桁架楼承板的整体支撑刚度优势,实现将原设计的有支撑简支楼承板转化为无支撑架施工,总结楼承板桁架钢筋深化设计参数,为桁架配筋提供依据。
Based on Jinan C-3-1 block project,according to the structural characteristics of prefabricated steel structure residential buildings,this paper studies the technical points of reasonable deepening design of simple supported structure steel truss floor plates.The finite element analysis software is used to check and analyze the installation of simply supported steel truss floor slab and concrete pouring construction.By setting up the prefabricated reinforcement system and adjusting the design and installation structure of the truss steel bar,the overall support stiffness advantage of the steel truss floor slab is maximized,and the original design of simply supported floor slab is transformed into no support frame construction.The design parameters of reinforcing bar of floor bearing plate truss are summarized to provide basis for reinforcing bar of truss.
