天然气压缩机典型故障分析及对策研究

摘要 天然气作为一种绿色能源,在我国的应用日益广泛。随着天然气用量的不断增长,其治理问题日益突出。在天然气处理中,压缩机是一个非常重要的装置,该装置既能对天然气进行压缩,又能对天然气中的重组分进行回收。当用天然气压缩机对天然气进行处理时,由于其压力高、转速高,所以对空气容积处理装置的控制要求非常高,特别是在连续工况下,由于工况的复杂性,需要实现对压缩机的自动化控制,因此,需要天然气压缩机的自动化控制方法,使之能够更便捷、更安全地运行。基于此,本文主要分析了天然气压缩机典型故障分析及对策,以供参考。 Natural gas,as a green energy source,is increasingly widely used in China.With the continuous growth of natural gas consumption,its governance issues are becoming increasingly prominent.In natural gas processing,compressors are a very important device,which can compress natural gas and recover heavy components from natural gas.When using a natural gas compressor to process natural gas,due to its high pressure and speed,the control requirements for the air volume treatment device are very high,especially in continuous working conditions.Due to the complexity of the working conditions,it is necessary to achieve automatic control of the compressor.Therefore,an automatic control method for the natural gas compressor is needed to make it more convenient and safe to operate.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the typical fault analysis and countermeasures of natural gas compressors for reference.
