连续油管落鱼套铣冲砂工艺初探

摘要 连续油管砂卡后一般经强力活动、诱喷、震荡等进行解卡,解卡过程中环空固相颗粒进一步沉积并形成致密砂塞,致使连续油管作业机解卡失败,需要采用修井机进行套铣冲砂的解卡作业。由于连续油管在井筒内挠曲、贴井壁和易破碎的特点,因此需要确定套铣工艺参数,保护好落鱼,避免井下情况复杂化。针对51/2"套管内的2"连续油管落鱼,提出了特殊套铣工具的设计思路,探讨了套铣冲砂时的入鱼、套铣过程中的相关参数,供实际施工中借鉴。 After sand sticking in continuous tubing,it is generally subjected to strong activity,induced spraying,oscillation,etc.for unblocking.During the unblocking process,solid particles in the annulus further deposit and form a dense sand plug,resulting in the failure of the continuous tubing operation machine to unblock.Therefore,it is necessary to use a workover rig for the unblocking operation of milling and flushing sand.Due to the characteristics of coiled tubing bending,sticking to the wellbore wall,and being easily broken,it is necessary to determine the milling process parameters,protect the fish from falling,and avoid the complexity of the downhole situation.This article proposes a design concept for a special milling tool for the 2 continuous oil pipe falling fish inside a 51/2 casing,and explores the relevant parameters during the fish feeding and milling process during milling and sand flushing,providing reference for practical construction.
