海上强水驱砂岩油藏MRC技术研究与应用

摘要 针对南海东部P油田开发至双特高期挖潜过程中的地下剩余潜力品质差、地面平台井槽和轨迹设计限制及出砂井多等问题,通过创新应用油藏最大接触(MRC)技术实现高效挖潜。结合现有MRC技术进展及在P油田应用中存在难点,创新形成了三项关键技术:四类低油柱MRC高效挖潜模式、精细油描和随钻工程一体化技术、疏松砂岩稠油控水防砂一体化技术。P油田7口井应用MRC技术后合计初增油391t/d,含水平均下降14.2%,目前累增油11.0万t,预计增加可采28.3万t;单井相对于常规调整井节约成本1000万元以上,挖潜降本增效显著。 In response to the problems of poor quality of underground remaining potential,design limitations of surface platform well slots and trajectories,and multiple wells producing sand during the development of P oilfield in the eastern South China Sea to the later stage of dual high development,efficient development is achieved through innovative application of MRC(Maximum Contact of Reservoir)technology.Based on the progress of existing MRC technology and the difficulties in its application in P oilfield,three key technologies have been innovatively formed:four types of low oil column MRC modes,integrated reservoir description and LWD,and integrated water-controlling and sand-preventing in unconsolidated sandstone with heavy oil.After the application of MRC technology in 7 wells of P oilfield,a total of 391 tons of oil were initially increased per day,with a water-cut decrease of 14.2%.Currently,the cumulative increase in oil is 110,000 tons,and it is expected to increase the recoverable capacity by 283,000 tons.Compared with conventional infill wells,one well can save more than 10 million Yuan.
