摘要
渤中S区块A12H井在钻井过程中钻遇大段凝灰岩地层,期间划眼过程极其困难,多次井漏,9-5/8″套管未下放到位,严重影响了作业安全和钻井时效。通过调研我们对钻遇凝灰岩地层复杂情况增多的原因有了深入的了解,并针对现场实际情况,调整了井身结构,泥浆性能和钻井参数等等。A12H井实现了钻探目的,为以后钻遇凝灰岩地层提供了技术保障。
During drilling,A12H well in Block S of Bozhong encountered a large section of tuff formation.During drilling,it was extremely difficult to cut holes.Many wells lost circulation and 9-5/8_casing was not put in place,which seriously affected the operation safety and drilling time.Through investigation,we have a thorough understanding of the reasons for the increasing complexity of drilling tuff formation,and adjust the well structure,mud performance and drilling parameters according to the actual situation in the field.Well A12H achieves the purpose of drilling and provides technical support for later drilling in tuff formation.
