摘要
南海东部地区近几年一直延续使用的提速方法是马达+聚晶金刚石复片钻头(PDC)复合钻井技术和旋转导向配合PDC钻头,提速效果较为明显,但随着降本增效的压力越来越大,需要进一步提高机械钻速,提高作业时效,降低作业费用。基于此,分析了在南海东部某井试用的两种提速工具,分别是液力锤和扭冲工具,对这两种提速工具的工作原理及提速效果进行了深入的分析;认为提速工具的提速效果主要取决于工具与地层及钻头的配伍性;建议后续应用提速工具时需首先分析工具与地层和钻头的配伍性。
In recent years,the speed-up method that has been used in the eastern part of the South China Sea is motor+PDC bit and rotary guide with PDC bit,and the speed-up effect is more obvious,but with the increasing pressure of cost reduction and efficiency increase,it is necessary to further improve the mechanical drilling speed,improve the operation timeliness and reduce the operation cost.This paper analyzes two kinds of speed-up tools tried in a well in the eastern part of the South China Sea,namely hydraulic hammer and torsion punching tool,and makes an in-depth analysis of the working principle and speed-up effect of these two speed-up tools.
