涠洲11-1-A24H1井下入一体化管柱中钻井液的优化应用

摘要 涠洲11-1-A24H1井8-1/2"井段完钻后,下入3-1/2"预充填筛管+永久式裸眼封隔器+5-1/2"尾管一体化管柱,坐封裸眼封隔器直接进行完井作业。项目三维轨迹复杂、井眼摩阻大、裸眼长黏卡风险大、控制最大遇阻量40klbs以内防止封隔器提前坐封,顺利下入一体化管柱难度很大。对于井眼清洁,井径规则和钻井液润滑要求高的特点,在组充分调研资料的基础上,大量配方实验对比,优化钻井液钻体系方案。取得了南海西部首次顺利下入钻完井一体化管柱,储层保护良好的成功应用,降本增效显著。 After completing the drilling of the 8-1/2"section of well WZ11-1-A24H1,the integrated pipe string of 3-1/2"pre-filled screen pipe+permanent open hole packer+5-1/2"liner was inserted,and the open hole packer was set directly for completion.The project has complex three-dimensional trajectories,high wellbore friction,high risk of sticking in the long open hole,the maximum friction was controlled within 40 klbs to prevent the packer from setting in advance,and it was difficult to successfully run the integrated pipe string.The characteristics of high requirements for wellbore cleaning,regular wellbore diameter and drilling fluid lubrication,the project team conducted thorough research on data,conducted a large number of formula experiments and comparisons,and optimized the drilling fluid scheme.The drilling fluid scheme has achieved the first successful application of integrated drilling and completion string in the western South China Sea,with good reservoir protection and significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
