摘要
随着固井技术的发展,超低密度水泥浆得到广泛应用,尤其是针对低压易漏、密度窗口窄的层位,超低密度水泥浆解决了水泥返高不够、固井漏失等问题,并显著提高了固井质量。为了准确评价超低密度水泥浆固井质量,采用室内试验方法,研究了温度和密度等参数对超低密度水泥石强度和声学特性的影响,在此基础上,探讨了超低密度水泥固井质量评价改进方法,为提高超低密度水泥固井质量奠定基础。
With the development of cementing technology,ultra-low density cement slurry has been widely used,especially for low pressure leak,narrow density window of the layer,ultra-low density cement slurry has solved the problems of insufficient cement return height and cementing loss,and improved cementing quality significantly.In order to accurately evaluate the cementing quality of ultra-low density cement slurry,the laboratory test method is used to study the influence of temperature and density on the strength and acoustic characteristics of ultra-low density cement paste,this paper discusses the improvement method of cementing quality evaluation of ultralow density cement,which lays a foundation for improving cementing quality of ultra-low density cement.
