智能自诊断多用途钻孔轨迹测量仪的研制

摘要 介绍了一种煤矿用Ma级钻孔轨迹测量仪的研制及应用。设计了“ia”等级煤矿用防爆型测量探管,研究了探管的系统组成、电路中核心器件的选择、数据采集存储及数据通信、电源控制管理以及软件编程。探讨了矿用本质安全型“ia”保护等级的电源设计方法及仪器智能自诊断的判断规则。通过室内仪器的测量精度和性能测试,研制的钻孔轨迹测量仪达到了“ia”等级防爆要求。在煤矿井下钻孔实测的结果表明,该仪器钻孔适用性广、测试数据准确度高、操作方便,自诊断功能实用有效。 Introduced the development and application of a Ma level drilling trajectory measurement instrument for coal mine.Designed an explosion-proof measuring probe for coal mine with an"ia"rating,and studied the system composition of the probe,selection of core components in the circuit,data acquisition and storage,data communication,power control management,and software programming.Explored the design method of power supply with intrinsic safety"ia"protection level for coal mine and the judgment rules for intelligent self-diagnosis of instrument.Through the measurement accuracy and performance testing of indoor instruments,the developed drilling trajectory measurement instrument has met the"ia"level explosion-proof requirements.It has been tested in coal mine underground drilling,and the results show that the test data accuracy is high,the operation is convenient,the instrument drilling applicability is wide,and the self-diagnosis function is practical and effective.
