基于离散单元法的截齿截割参数优化研究

摘要 为确定采煤机截割参数的交互影响,以截割速度、切削厚度和截齿安装倾角为影响因素,截齿平均受力和截割比能耗为响应指标,通过EDEM进行煤岩截割模拟分析,采用二次响应面试验设计,得出响应指标与各影响因素之间的回归数学模型,并进行了实际验证,可为工程应用提供参考。 In order to determine the interactive influence of cutting parameters of shearer,the cutting speed,cutting thickness and the installation inclination angle of the picks were taken as the influencing factors,and the average force on the picks and the energy consumption of the cutting ratio were taken as the responding indexes,the simulation of coal and rock cutting was analysed by EDEM,and a quadratic response surface experimental design was adopted to obtain a regression mathematical model between the response indexs and various influencing factors.It was verified in practice,which can provide reference for engineering applications.
