摘要
针对薄煤层“三下”压煤资源开采难题,对中等稳定围岩条件下的薄煤层短壁连采连充开采技术进行了研究,采用遥控薄煤层连采机结合单体液压支架进行长条带开采,采用膏体采空区充填法,实现顶板稳定控制,有效提升开采安全性和开采效率,显著降低开采成本。该技术首次在某煤矿进行了应用,每月回收煤炭资源超过1.5万t。
Aiming at the problem of the thin coal seam mining under railroads,buildings and waters,the short-wall continuous mining and filling technology for thin coal seam under middle stable rock condition was studied,the remote control of continuous miner combined with the hydraulic prob supporting were applied to the long strip mining,and the paste goaf filling technology was used to realize the effective controlling of the roof,which can significantly improve the mining safety and efficiency,and effectively reduce the mining cost.This technology was first used in a coal mine,more than 15000 tons of coal resources were recovered every month.
