柔性运输车智能润滑系统研究与应用

摘要 目前矿山采掘物料运输开始采用柔性运输车,但柔性运输车存在整机过长、润滑点较多的情况,以往的润滑方式如人工手动润滑、常规集中润滑等存在工作效率低、井下作业时危险性高等问题。为此研发一种柔性运输车智能润滑系统,以实现在生产过程中运输车不停机的自动精确、足量注油。该系统尤其适合长距离、多润滑点连续工作的设备,提高安全性的同时增加了经济效益。 At present,flexible transport vehicle is gradually being used for the transportation of mining materials.However,the flexible transport vehicle has problems such as too long distance for the entire machine and many lubrication points.Previous lubrication methods,such as manual lubrication and conventional centralized lubrication,have low work efficiency and high risks during underground operation.For this,a flexible transportation vehicle intelligent lubrication system has been developed to achieve automatic,accurate and sufficient oil injection without stopping the transportation vehicle during the production process.This system is especially suitable for equipment with long distances,multiple lubrication points and continuous operation,which improves safety while increasing economic benefits.
