抛矸机器人研发及应用

摘要 针对目前煤矿矸石回填普遍采用抛矸机作业存在操作人员所处环境恶劣、健康危害大、矸石回填不到位、智能化程度低等问题,介绍了新型回填作业工艺,研制了具备自调速抛射机构、导航系统、雷达建图、自主作业模式的抛矸机器人,可代替抛矸机实现自主矸石抛撒、回填、补漏等,大幅提高了井下工人工作效率和作业安全性,以及矿山设备智能化水平。 Aiming that in the current common use of throwing machines for coal mine gangue backfilling,there are problems such as harsh environmental conditions for operators,high health hazards,inadequate gangue backfilling and low level of intelligence,introduced a new backfilling operation technology and a dumping robot with self regulating throwing mechanism,navigation system,radar mapping and autonomous operation mode has been developed,which can replace the dumping machine to achieve autonomous dumping,backfilling and leak filling.It greatly improves the work efficiency,safety of underground workers and the intelligence level of mining equipment.
