带式输送机机械带扣视觉故障诊断平台及其试验验证

摘要 PVC、PVG整芯阻燃输送带的机械带扣是非常薄弱的环节,在使用过程中容易引发脱扣、断扣故障,造成断带。在故障诊断技术的基础上,开发了基于机器视觉的带式输送机机械带扣视觉故障诊断平台,实现了机械带扣的故障诊断。该平台包括视觉采集、PLC控制、通信、图像处理和故障诊断等模块。通过试验验证,该平台能够准确地发现输送带在运行过程中的带扣故障,极大提高了带式输送机运行的安全可靠性。 The mechanical belt buckle of PVC and PVG solid core flame-retardant conveyor belts is a weak link that is prone to buckle detachment and breakage during use,leading to belt breakage.On the basis of fault diagnosis technology,a visual fault diagnosis platform for belt conveyor mechanical belt buckle based on machine vision has been developed to enable the fault diagnosis of mechanical belt buckle.This platform consists of a visual acquisition,PLC control,communication,image processing,fault diagnosis and other modules.Through experimental verification,this platform can accurately detect belt buckle faults during operation,greatly enhancing the safety and reliability of belt conveyor.
