高等职业院校以教师为先导培养高端工匠型人才的实践研究--以安徽工业经济职业技术学院为例

摘要 在职业教育领域,教师的成长与发展是建设卓越教育体系的前提和基础。文章结合高等职业院校培养工匠型人才的实践,以培育良匠之师为先导,通过加强师德师风建设,打造双师双能教师团队,探索培养高端工匠型人才的实践路径。在教学实践研究中,坚持德技并修,构筑“匠心”“匠德”“匠术”“匠行”四维育人体系,通过校企合作、四级竞赛(院赛-省赛-国赛-世赛)和赛证融通等机制不断强化高端工匠型人才培养质效,激励更多大学生走向技能报国之路。 In the field of vocational education,the growth and development of teachers are prerequisites and foundations for building an excellent education system.This study,based on the practice of cultivating craftsman-oriented talents in vocational colleges,investigates the pathways of cultivating high-end craftsman-talents by prioritizing the nurturing of virtuous teachers,strengthening the construction of teaching ethics and professionalism,and developing a dualteacher and double-qualified teaching teams.In the process of teaching practice and research,it adheres to the integration of virtue and skill,constructing a four-dimensional education system of“craftsman spirit,”“craftsman virtue,”“craftsman technique,”and“craftsman behavior.”Through mechanisms such as school-enterprise cooperation,fourlevel competitions(college,provincial,national,and world levels),and the integration of competitions and certifications,the quality and efficiency of high-end craftsmen cultivation are continuously enhanced,motivating more college students to pursue a path of serving their country with skills.
