摘要
本文在具身认知理论的框架下,深入剖析了将中华优秀传统文化融入心理健康教育的优势、内容、形式和策略。通过使用基于具身认知理论设计的新式教育手段,结合融入传统文化后的心理健康教育内容,构建了一个涵盖全员、全程、全方位的心理健康教育新格局,旨在为高校心理健康教育的进一步发展提供创新的思考和策略。
Within the framework of embodied cognition theory,this paper delves into the advantages,content,forms,and strategies of integrating traditional Chinese culture into mental health education.By employing new educational methods designed based on embodied cognition theory and combining them with mental health education content infused with traditional culture,a new comprehensive mental health education paradigm encompassing all participants,throughout the entire process,and in all aspects has been established.The aim is to offer innovative ideas and strategies for the advancement of mental health education in universities.
