大数据与会计专业“岗课赛证”融通育人模式研究与实践--以合肥职业技术学院为例

摘要 “岗课赛证”融通育人,是培养高素质技术技能人才,推动职业教育高质量发展的创新举措。文章针对当前大数据与会计专业人才培养“岗课赛证”融通不足的问题,提出立足岗位能力要求,将“赛证”内容及标准充分融入教学,重构课程体系,加强产教融合和理实一体教学,构建实施以“岗”为方向,以“课”为核心,以“赛”为标杆,以“证”为检验的“岗课赛证”融通育人模式,更好地实现现代职业教育背景下大数据与会计专业人才培养目标。 The integration of“Post,Course,Competition and Certificate”in education is an innovative measure to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.In response to the current issue of insufficient integration of“Post,Course,Competition and Certificate”in the training of big data and accounting professionals,the paper proposes a model that is based on the job competency requirements,fully integrates the content and standards of“Competition and Certificate”into teaching,reconstructs the curriculum system,integrates industry and education,and implements theory-practice integrated teaching.This new integration education model aims to be post-oriented,course-centered,competition as the benchmark and certificate as the test.This model can better achieve the training objectives for big data and accounting professionals under the background of modern vocational education.
